All prices listed in our catalog, Foreside Home & Garden website, promotional materials, or quoted by our sales team, are wholesale, for each, and are subject to change without prior notice. Foreside LLC reserves the right to adjust prices or administer surcharges at any time due to changes in global or domestic economic factors including but not limited to import tariffs and duties, freight, and or price increases incurred from our supply chain.

MINIMUM ORDERS: Recommended annual opening order minimum is $300. Reorder minimum is $150. Orders under $100 are subject to a $7.50 handling charge. Foreside LLC reserves the right to round quantities to the nearest minimum inner pack or master pack.

FREIGHT RATES:  Freight Rates apply to a single order (with same ship date and location within the contiguous U.S.) on an account in good credit standing or paid via credit card. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders ship at actual freight rates. Promotional orders ship at actual freight rates, unless otherwise noted.

BACKORDERS:  If a product(s) is not available to ship it will be canceled from the order and refunded, as needed.

MERCHANDISE CLAIMS: All claims for defective or damaged merchandise must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. All requests for credit of defective merchandise must be submitted in writing to Customer Service. Customer Service will notify customer of appropriate action. No merchandise may be destroyed in the field without prior authorization from Customer Service. Refused shipments will be charged a 20% restock fee and the customer will be responsible for the full freight charges (inbound & outbound). No returns are accepted without authorization from Customer Service.

TERMS:  We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.  Net 30 days, subject to credit approval. A 1.5% service charge will be added to all past due accounts. Payments made by check will be mailed to Foreside LLC, 819 Bluecrab Road, Newport News, VA 23606.  We do not ship COD orders.

PRODUCT TRAITS

HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTS:  Our handcrafted products are truly one of a kind.  Variations in color, form, and finish are expected and add to the individuality of each piece.

FOOD SAFE PRODUCTS:  Hand wash with warm, soapy water and set out to air dry completely after initially drying with clean cloth.

*OUTDOOR USE defined items can be enjoyed indoors or outdoors; lengthen their lifetime by providing protection from harsh elements. For Outdoor Use Planters and Accessories: all materials will naturally weather when introduced to the elements over time. For Outdoor Textiles: yarns are UV stabilized but do not guarantee a lifetime of colorfastness when exposed to outdoor elements.
