Question: I am an existing customer, how do I register for an account?
Answer: Please activate your account using the link from your email if you are a customer that hasn’t registered on our new site yet. Once you have entered your information, you will receive an activation email within 1 business day. You have 30 days to activate your account from when the email was sent. Please contact customer service if your link has expired.


Question: I am a new customer, how do I register for an account?
Answer: Please register using the register link below if you are a customer that hasn’t registered online yet – or if you’re interested in becoming a Foreside Home and Garden trade account. You will be prompted to fill out the form with your information and you will receive an activation email within 1 business day. Register Now

Question: How long will it take for my order to ship?
Answer: If product is in stock, we will ship your order within 7 to 10 business days on approved credit.


Question: How can I find out what is on backorder for my store?
Answer: You can either e-mail customer service at or call 855.474.3344.


Question: How do I know how much of my orders is in stock?
Answer: Because inventory levels change from day to day, it’s best to contact customer service to research your order.


Question: What if I need to modify or cancel my order?

Answer: Please e-mail customer service at or call 855.474.3344, 14 days prior to your requested ship date. Please supply your store name and order number so we may better serve you.


Question: What is your minimum order amount?

Answer: $250 for first time customers, $200 for reorders.


Question: Are your garden items and furniture pieces outdoor safe?

Answer: OUTDOOR USE defined items can be enjoyed indoors or outdoors. For Outdoor Use: all materials will naturally weather when introduced to the elements over time. Furniture (tables, chairs, and benches) should be covered during winter months to prevent surface corrosion from the elements.


Question: Why does the same product look different?

Answer: A wide assortment of our products are handcrafted and truly one of a kind. Variations in color, form and finish are expected and add to the individuality of each piece.


Question: How do I qualify for VIP status?

Answer: Spend a total of $1,000+ within the last 6 months.

Question: What are the VIP benefits?

Answer: 30% off orders of $750 or more. An exclusive discount code will be sent to you each month if you qualify. This discount can be stacked on closeouts, but not combined with any other offer. You will also receive early bird announcements for new product launches, closeout announcements and early sale access.

Freight Rates apply to a single order (with same ship date and location within the contiguous U.S.) on an account in good credit standing or paid via credit card. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders ship at actual freight rates. Promotional orders ship at actual freight rates, unless otherwise noted.
