ORDER TERMS:

FIRST-TIME CUSTOMERS:

First time customer must make their initial purchase with a valid credit card, submit a new customer application and provide a copy of their tax exemption certificate.

MINIMUM ORDER FOR FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS: $500  |  MINIMUM REORDER: $250.

FOB Newport News, VA

FREIGHT PROGRAM:

To qualify for the Foreside Freight Cap program, a single order (with same ship date and location within the continental U.S.) of $500 or more must be placed on an account in good credit standing, or paid via credit card. If product is backordered, the Freight Cap would also apply to the freight charges when the backorder is shipped. Orders 50%, or more, in dollar value of discounted items will ship at actual freight rates. Alaska and Hawaii orders ship at actual freight rates.

ACCESSORIAL SERVICES:

Foreside contracts with LTL freight carriers and ground transportation for standard commercial delivery only. Our freight cap program does not include additional accessorial services. Residential delivery or white glove services (such as inside delivery, re-delivery, call for appointment, lift gate, delivery within city limits [NYC], ferry charges, etc.) will incur additional charges. If you advise us when placing your order that you require additional shipping services, Foreside will prepay and bill your invoice for services. Services used without Foreside arranging in advance will be billed separately.

HIGH FREIGHT AREAS:

For delivery to high-freight destinations (restricted areas, remote locations) actual freight rates apply.

PALLET CHARGES:

$5.00 Regular Pallet; $11.00 Double Pallet

BACKORDERS:

If a product is not available on the original shipment, a backorder will be created if the total value exceeds $100. Shipping charges will be applied to the backorder. There will be no substitution of products. Customers may request to cancel their backorders.

DAMAGE MERCHANDISE:

Contact our Customer Service Center within 14 days of receipt of merchandise to report damages, quality problems, or any other dissatisfaction. Foreside does not accept returns on damage merchandise.

RETURNS:

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All authorized returns must have a RMA number. Returned merchandise will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and all related freight charges.

RE-CONSIGNED OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS:

The Customer is responsible for all additional freight charges on re-consigned shipments. All refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking charge and freight charges each way.

TERMS:

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Payments made by check will be mailed to Foreside, 819 Bluecrab Rd, Newport News, VA 23606. Payment is due within 30 days of Foreside ship date. We do not ship COD orders.

DISCOUNTS:

Failure to pay in full within the terms of an invoice will result in the loss of any and all discounts. A revised invoice will be issued at the full price.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

RETURN CHECK FEE:

$35.00

ORDER CANCELLATION:

Orders are not considered canceled unless we receive written notice fourteen (14) business days prior to ship date. All orders confirmed cannot be canceled after the 14 days prior to shipping. All cancellations must be confirmed.

ACCOUNT PAYMENTS:

Foreside customers agree to pay all charges incurred for goods and services supplied, and all charges incurred must be paid according to the credit terms on our invoices or, if none appear, payment is due immediately.

Payments not made by said date or earlier, shall render the account delinquent, and interest shall be charged at the rate of 1% per month or 12% per year. Customer(s) further agree to pay all reasonable collection costs, attorney fees and court costs, as permitted by law, as such are incurred by Coynes, in the collection of amounts due. Also, Foreside shall have the right to withhold further deliveries and/or sales to the Customer(s) until past due balances are brought current, and shall have no liability whatsoever, from any direct or indirect loss suffered by the Customer(s) in such event.

HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTS:

Our handcrafted products are truly one of a kind. Variations in color, form and finish are expected and add to the individuality of each piece.

OUTDOOR USE:

All materials will naturally weather when introduced to the elements. Furniture (tables, chairs, and benches) should be covered during winter months to prevent surface corrosion from the elements.
